About Tricia

I studied at Norwich School of Art (now Norwich University of Arts) and have exhibited artwork at the Tate in London. After a series of corporate roles, including running my own award winning interior design studio for 15+ years, I have returned to my original passion creating detailed, photorealistic wildlife artwork & accepting commissions for equine & pet portraits.

My husband often tells me I love animals more than humans ! We have two dogs, a black Labrador affectionately known as Mr B and a rescue dog sometimes called the Crazy Critter from Crete. Growing up living in several countries around the world I have always been surrounded by animals - dogs, cats, horses and even some camels & can’t imagine my life without an animal in it.

I particularly enjoy using pastels as they allow you to build up the layers and intensity of colour before finally adding in all the details that bring the piece to life. If you’re an animal lover like me and would like to commission me to create a portrait of your pet or give a gift of a portrait to someone, please just get in touch. I also offer a range of wildlife paintings, which are constantly been added to, so be sure to check back on a regular basis.

Associate Artist of Unison Colour

I’m excited to announce that on the 28th June 2022 I was invited to become an official Associate Artist of Unison Colour (AAUC) having been sponsored by Unison Colour, as one of their ambassadors. I am delighted to be able to endorse their brand as I’ve been a passionate advocate of their handmade soft pastels since I started on my pastel journey.
