You can see a small section of my artwork at this new gallery in Alton. The vision for the Freedom through Expression gallery is to offer inclusive opportunities for local artists and crafts people to display and sell their work, and to showcase the talents of young disabled artists. Well worth a visit.

My first time at this venue. Come and see what’s on offer from over 115 exhibiting artists with 4000+ artworks available to purchase. Prices of art start from as little as £50 for prints and smaller works to over £3,000 for outstanding masterpieces, so there will be something to suit every budget. Facilities include extensive visitors parking, wheelchair accessibility, a full café serving tea, coffee and food and tidy toilet facilities.

News - Associate Artist of Unison Colour
I’m excited to announce that on the 28th June 2022 I become an official Associate Artist of Unison Colour (AAUC) having been sponsored by Unison Colour, as one of their ambassadors. I am delighted to be able to endorse their brand as I’ve been a passionate advocate of their handmade soft pastels since I started on my pastel journey.
Membership of the AAUC is invitation only and I feel very privileged to join the other Associate Artists and see where this journey takes me.
Unison Colour was founded in 1987 by artist John Hersey
They are based in the heart of Northumberland
Nearly half a million handmade soft pastels are made in the workshop each year
Their pastels are used by artists (professional and amateur) around the globe.

Surrey Artists Open Studio
I have joined the Surrey Artists Open Studios (SAOS) and I will be taking part in the Christmas Event which runs from the 26th November to 4th December 2022 across Surrey. Please see below for the dates I am opening. You can also sign up to my Newsletter to receive an email straight into your inbox (which you can find the Newsletter sign-up at the bottom of the Home Page).
So What is SAOS ?
It’s a unique member organisation supporting artists right across Surrey and its borders, including Kingston and Croydon.
It’s the biggest visual arts events in Surrey and its boarders, offering artist the opportunity to publicise and sell their work direct to the public who get a chance to meet and see artists at work, take part in workshops and view taster exhibitions, from painting to jewellery and sculpture to textile.
The studios hold bi-annual events, opening in the summer (usually June) and a Christmas event. There is also an online shop where you can purchase direct from the artist.
What will you see at my Studio ?
I work from a studio in my home and will be turning some of the house into an art gallery showing:-

Live painting demos - depending how busy it is
Commissions accepted - feel free to have a chat with me
Gift Vouchers * (please note if you are thinking of a Christmas present commission, it is unlikely I will have sufficient time to do a commission before Christmas, so a Gift Voucher would be a great alternative).
All my works (except the demo pieces) are for sale. Prices range from £2.80 to £1,800.
I accept card payments (this is preferred payment method).

Where to find my Home Studio
29 Rowan Road, Lindford, Hampshire, GU35 0RE. 2nd cul-de-sac on the left as you come down Rowan Road (follow signs to the Surrey Artists Open Studio Event + orange balloons). On street parking or at the Village Hall on Sycamore Road (short 3 min walk). Access for those with restricted mobility - please note there is a step up to front door (H: 18cm). There will be a small selection of artworks on the ground floor, with the majority of pieces & my studio on the 1st Floor (accessed via staircase). Toilet Facilities available.
